Our Beliefs
We are guided by four fundamental beliefs:
- The application of experience, skill, patience and simplicity is key to generating successful outcomes. Complex techniques or methodologies have a valuable role to play, but not as substitutes for the basics.
- In the area of Marketing Procurement we make a critical distinction between ‘buying cheaper’ and ‘creating ‘Sustainable Value’. ‘Sustainable Value’ describes a continuing state of enhanced return on investment and improved relationships between the relevant parties. Cost savings may form part of ‘Sustainable Value’ but not always.
- Our senior client backgrounds in Marketing and (its) Procurement allow us to bring a uniquely powerful perspective on the Marketing Procurement process and the associated client-client, client-agency relationships.
- In all that we do, we avoid overcomplicating matters and stay true to our mantra of ‘ Keeping it simple, staying accountable’.
